Dear ASD-N Parents:
Due to the closure of all schools today in Anglophone School District – North, the following plan will be implemented on Monday, March 28th:
All K-8 Schools – Students in these schools will not attend school on Monday, March 28th. This is due to the fact that these teachers were supposed to have been given today for writing report cards and to engage in professional learning, as per their Collective Agreement. Today’s storm day cancellation prevented teachers from having this day for that purpose.
Therefore, on Monday, K-8 staff will report to work to complete what would have been accomplished today.
All 9-12 Schools – High schools were scheduled to operate as usual today. Therefore, other than today’s closure, there will be no further impact on these schools.
Students/staff in all high schools will report to work/classes as usual on Monday, March 28th.
