Report cards go home on Tuesday, Nov 26th. Parent-Teacher will be held the evening of Thursday, Nov 28th and the morning of Friday, Nov 29th. Please arrange a time to meet with your homeroom teacher, if you'd like! It is a great time to check out the lost and found too! If you're looking for skates for the winter, they will be out and available to borrow for the winter during Parent-Teacher conferences.
We were thrilled to have UNB students with Let's Talk Science come into many classes. 17 homerooms were held in various Science topics like electricity, matter, coding, colours, dinosaurs and ecosystem interactions. Thank you Let's Talk Science!
We are collecting photos of family members who served or who are currently serving in the military. We will be having a slideshow presentation as part of our 2024 Remembrance Day program. This slide show will be uploaded to our KSE website. If a sibling has already submitted a photo, they do not need to be submitted again. Please send to: kendra.mclean@nbed.nb.ca by November 1st. Your child's homeroom teacher will send forms home to those who need one.
Welcome Back and Welcome new students and families!
We are excited to be starting another great year at KSE. The teachers and our Admin team have been working very hard to ensure our students have the best start possible.
We will be having our Meet the Teacher this Wednesday, September 20th, at 6:30 pm. Please note that this is not a parent teacher interview. It will be a night to meet your child's teachers and to get updates on schedules, bussing, policy, extra-curricular etc. There will be an opportunity to sign up for PSSC and Home & School.
Please see the school documents section for the September and October Cafeteria Menus. We have also added the District Attendance policy. Forms will be going home to be completed with student demographic information and various permission forms. Please read and complete carefully and return to the homeroom teacher.
