Good morning Grade 1 Lions, 

Today we begin Week 2 of Home Learning. In your Home Learning Packet today, we will be working on completing some of the activities after the "Home Learning Packet Week 2" title page. There is a new coloring page for our soft start, the literacy activity is called "Missing Letters (CVC Words)", the math activity is a question about Max the monkey who loves bananas, the writing activity is called "Weekend News", and there is a new math game you can play called "Doubles Dash". 

As always, remember to try and read your levelled books each day, as well as review your sight words and try to complete an activity on your January Reading Bingo sheet. Please make sure you keep track of your books, so you can return them to school when we are back together in person, as these books belong to the school.
