Good morning boys and girls! Today is Friday, November 12, 2021. We made it through another week! I hope you had a nice holiday yesterday and took time out of your day to respect the day. Here is todays work.
Language Arts:
I have set up our class on the website Epic (click the link below). You can sign in as a student and the class code is bmd8858 . Find your name and there is an assignment waiting for you! If you are not able to do this, continue to read and log for 15-20 minutes.
Listen to reading on Tumble Books. Login information: nblib nbschools
You can also use the website Storyline Online to listen to books.
Use the choice board that was posted earlier this week for any non-fiction reading you are doing. This can include books from Epic.
Complete a short writing assignment/journal entry about what a poppy means to you. Tell why you would wear one, and what it represents.
Math:
There is no new assignment for SplashLearn today. If there are still assignments that you have not completed, work to complete those. If you have finished them, you can play a game of your choice. Login information: CKGIYI glue73
Play from any of the math websites we have used: ABCya, multiplication.com, or mathplayground.
This week you started learning about telling time. Continue to work on the on the lesson in the link provided. It is lesson 2 – Exploring Time. If you have completed this work, work on the worksheet provided. You can also click the link to play a game for telling time.

Cross Curricular:
Today we will focus on Health and keeping well. Click the link to watch a BrainpopJr video about mindfulness. There are quizzes you can take after you watch.
