Here we go, week 2! I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. It was a bit chilly out there, but yesterday wasn’t too bad, I got out to do some shoveling and enjoyed some fresh air! Some snow coming today!

Soft Start; Choose an activity

• Coloring
• Building/Puzzle
• A walk outside
• Help cook breakfast

Literacy block:

Reading- Listen to reading; storyline online, tumble books, Epic has lots of books to choose from or read a book that you have at home!

Journal writing- Weekend News! Write about your weekend, remember to date your work, and add detail to your writing!

Brain Break- Go onto youtube and search “brain break for kids”

Be sure to have a snack this morning!

Numeracy Block:

• In the learning packet choose any two Math sheets to work on.  
• Zorbits/Splashlearn – play for about 20 min: https://play.zorbitsmath.com/  www.splashlearn.com
• Check out the Numeracy Home Learning Choice board in the attachments
• Math Riddle: Email me your answer, I am between 60 and 70. I am an even number. I am the next number in this pattern: 65, 64, 63, ___. What am I?

• Squiggle Park – 20 mins
• In learning packet- choose a reading comprehension sheet. Read the story and complete the questions to go with it.
