Another week almost done! Everyone is doing a great job! I miss you all, and hope we are back to in-person learning soon!

Soft Start; Choose an activity

• Coloring
• Building/Puzzle
• A walk outside
• Help cook breakfast

Literacy block:

Reading- listen to a story on tumble books, EPIC, storyline online, or a book that you have at home.

Journal writing- Choose a writing prompt from the learning packet to write about today, or a topic of your own! Remember to date your work and bring everything back when we return to in-person learning!

Brain Break- Dress warm and get outside for some fresh air! Some fresh new snow to play in! 

Numeracy Block:

• In the learning packet choose any two Math sheets to work on.  
• Zorbits/Splashlearn – play for about 20 min: https://play.zorbitsmath.com/  www.splashlearn.com
• Try the website Hit the button. https://www.topmarks.co.uk/maths-games/hit-the-button Click on play game, then number bonds, then addition to 10 or challenge yourself to do addition to 20. Try to get a top score and see if you can beat it each time you play! Let me know what your highest score is!
• Math Riddle: Email me your answer, and I will write your name down on a ticket for a prize when we return! I am an even number. I am between 40 and 50. My tens digit is the same as my ones digit. What am I?

Word Work:

• Squiggle Park – 20 mins
• In learning packet- choose a reading comprehension sheet. Read the story and complete the questions to go with it.
