Please watch the two videos on snowshoes.  We will be snowshoeing on our new trail system when we are back to in-person learning.

Choose a favourite activity such as dance, yoga, or indoor tennis to help stay active while indoors.

Be creative, build a fort or an obstacle course using cushions, blankets, pillows, etc.

We miss you all and hope to see you soon!

Hello Everyone,

We have been working on our balance unit in phys. ed.  Here are a couple of videos that will help you use your static balances OR you can practice the scales you learned in class on your own. Please take some time to get outside and play!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8M934oILO9Y  this yoga video incorporates many of our static balances and is suitable for all ages but may appeal to our older grades.

Cosmic kids yoga is nice for younger children:

Take advantage of the beautiful weather in our forecast and get outside for at least 30mins. each day. Going for a walk, a jog, kicking a ball in the backyard, riding your bike, skateboard or scooter are a few activities you can do. Being outside is very important for both our physical and mental well being.

Check out the document below for more ideas to keep you active during the week.

November 11th is a day to reflect on the sacrifices our veterans have made to protect our freedom. If you can, attend a Remebrance Day ceremony, or spend some quiet time reflecting.

We miss you all! Stay active, healthy and safe!
