Home Learning Jan 12th-14th

Math: (30 mins) 

-Log into your Splash Learn account and work on the assignment Ms. McGraw gave you.  

-Work on Fractions work sheets and Math sheets in home learning package.  

French: (30 mins) 

-Log into the FLORA modules I assigned yesterday, the link can be found on my teacher page.  

-Work on your "Mmm je mange bien” booklet in your home learning package.  

Language Arts: (30 mins) 

-Log into your Epic Books account and choose a book or do one Ms. McGraw assigned to you.  

-Read-to-self, your pet, or a family member for 15 minutes.  

-Work on the New Year Booklet or the reading comprehension sheets in your home learning package,  

-Choose a spelling or writing activity from your home learning package.

-Check Ms. MacFarlane's Teacher page for Phys Ed activities.

November 2nd Home Learning

Good morning, everyone! I hope you are all doing well! I miss seeing all your smiling faces. Here is the plan for today! :)

Math:

-Log into your Splash Learn account and work on the assignment Ms McGraw gave you. 

-Work on Math sheets that were uploaded to my teacher page yesterday. 

-Play a card game with a family member

French:

-Log into the FLORA modules I assigned yesterday, the link can be found on my teacher page. 

-Class discussion on Microsoft Teams today at 10 a.m.

Language Arts: 

-Log into your Epic Books account and choose a book or do one Ms McGraw assigned to you. 

-Write a journal entry: Tell me about your day/ What were you for Halloween? Who did you go with? What did your costume look like?

-Choose one of the Reading Comprehension worksheets I uploaded to my teacher page yesterday. 

STEAM:

-Try the STEAM Halloween activity that I just uploaded to my Teacher page! Take some pictures and email them to me!

Phys Ed:

-Get outside and try the Fall Scavenger Hunt that is on my teacher page. 

-Check Ms. MacFarlane's Teacher page for Phys Ed activities.

Home Learning

Students can continue working through their Home Learning booklets that were sent home last week and were also posted on my teacher page, as well. The Home Learning Bingo page challenges students to complete tasks in all subject areas. They may select one or two tasks a day, as well as reading 15 mins per day. There are also some supplementary pages that were in the package as well. 

I am hoping to receive the login information soon for the online Math program we will be using called Zorbit. When I receive this, I will let you know and will post on this page. 

I will be contacting each student this week at some point to check in to see how they are doing with the home learning package.
