The last week of school has arrived!  Things have been really busy and exciting for the grade 5’s as we participate in the end of the year events.  The Grade 5 Awards Banquet, Luncheon and Dance in the gym was well attended and enjoyed by all!  A lot of pictures were taken and posted on King Street social media to be enjoyed by all.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, June 22 is Track and Field Day for grades 3-5.  We will be participating in activities all day.  Please dress appropriately and bring your water.  I am not sure what the weather forecast is, but our rain date will be Wednesday.

Homework for this week is…

… look around your homes for school Library books and classroom library books.  These should be returned by Wednesday so we can take inventory for next year.

…Grade 5’s also paint rocks to leave in the Grade 5 gardens in front of the school.  Please remember to bring in a rock that can be painted, signed and placed in the garden.  This will be completed this week.

      3.  Reminder to send in a baby picture.  One picture is great and it will be returned once used. (Thank you!)

      4.  Grade 5 students are also reminded to bring in a rock.  The rock will be painted and left in the school garden in the front of the school at the end of the year.  A little piece of the grade 5 students that will remain at KSE.
