Home Learning Opportunities - June 8th - 12th, 2020

Posted: June 8, 2020

Good morning Parents, Guardians and Students,

I hope you all had a great weekend even with the change in temperature and weather.

This is the last official week of Home Learning.  The Home Learning Opportunities are posted.  I wanted to remind you that “Je lis…” , the reading site and IXL are open to all students until the end of June.  The audio for “Je lis…” is now up and running.  I will also be making, all books that are available in this program, available to the students until the free trial expires.

Home Learning Opportunities this week are plentiful.  I posted many “other” activities to consider in the areas of French Literacy and Math, English Numeracy, First Nations Education and Social Emotional Learning.  These activities were all prepared by District Office Staff and will be available over the summer on my Teacher Page.  There is no intention to have all activities completed.  They were posted so students have choices.  Remember “Do what you can, when you can”.

Please take note of the information, posted with Home Learning, about the Awards Ceremony, Painting of Rocks and changes with Microsoft Team Meeting this week.

Have a great day!

Mme. Wilt
