Watch this video and use the tick, tock, step and rock method to practice underhand toss.
Game: use a laundry basket, a box or some other type of vessel to practice underhand tossing. If you do not have a small ball, such as a tennis ball, you can use a balled up pair of socks or a small stuffed animal.

Please watch the two videos on snowshoes. We will be snowshoeing on our new trail system when we are back to in-person learning.
Choose a favourite activity such as dance, yoga, or indoor tennis to help stay active while indoors.
Be creative, build a fort or an obstacle course using cushions, blankets, pillows, etc.
