Student Supply Pick up will be next week May 4 to 6th

It is organized by grade & last name, date and time slot for pick up.

Please note that if you have more than one child at KSE, pick up is on the day of your youngest child’s schedule. We will have the other siblings’ materials ready to go.

Plan for Distribution:

We must follow strict safety guidelines put in place by Province.

1.      Refer to chart for pick-up date & time slot.

2.      Please line your car in the Bus Loop in front of the school. Overflow can park in the soccer parking lot.

3.      Door A will be the only door used for pick-up.

4.      There will be a table set up outside the school where your child's belongings will be put for you to retrieve.

5.      Come forward toward the table, where there will be a mark (line) for you to wait.  Once we see you, we will come out and put the belongings on the table, then you can proceed to retrieve them.

PLEASE WAIT INSIDE YOUR VEHCILE if there is someone already at the table or waiting.

Try to honour your time slot to reduce traffic congestion.
