The work is pretty much the same as it was last week, with the exception of teaching the new outcomes. There are videos posted in Teams to help explain the estimation strategies we are learning about.

I would like my students to also continue working on their "Ma Famille" photo albums. I will be doing some recordings and posting them in Teams so they can listen to the pronunciation of the words. They will need to know this, as they will be presenting their albums to me as well.

I will continue to be available for any questions or concerns you may have regarding the assignments.

In addition to these, please have them study their math facts.

Home Learning

Hello Everyone!!

Here are some suggestions for you to go on in the next few days for Home Learning.

1. Literacy: Go into: tumblebooks.com - (click on tumblebooks library)

2. Math: Go into Splashlearn. The information was sent to all parents.

3. Teams: I will log onto Teams at times, but I won't be logged in for extended periods of time. I will, however, post some assignments that students can complete and submit.

4. Phys. Ed.: Please check out Mr. Williston and Mrs. McFarlane's teacher pages as well for ideas for physical education.

5. Please submit photos, if you so desire, of students working and I will share them with the class.

6. Health and Wellness: Why not do some yoga? https://www.youtube.com/user/cosmickidsyoga.

7. Complete the work in the home learning booklet.

Scholastic Book Order

I sent the September Scholastic Book Order flyer home today. You can either go online to order your child's book or you can send the order and money in to me and I will order it.
